gto9's Complete Terms & Conditions

This document sets out all the conditions for using the gto9 platform, along with your rights and responsibilities in detail — from account creation to payments.

1 General Provisions

gto9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services for adult players in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gto9 and its users ("Member" or "you"). When you create an account on gto9, log in, or use any service, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  • gto9 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time.
  • Members will be notified through the platform of any significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use gto9's services, a member must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 21 or above may create and operate an account on gto9. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
  • A member must be a specific natural person — accounts may not be operated as a corporate entity or agent.
  • Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created, they will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.
  • Members must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
  • Using gto9 from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law is not permitted.

gto9 may at any time request valid identification or other documents from a member for identity verification. Failure to provide documents may result in the account and withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Providing accurate personal information is mandatory when creating an account on gto9. The name, phone number, and payment method used on the account must all belong to the same person.

3.2 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

gto9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If false information is provided or evidence of fraud is found
  • If multiple accounts are operated
  • If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation
  • If there is an attempt to harm other members
  • If there is an attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
  • If required for regulatory or legal reasons

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on gto9 are processed through secure SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • You must use a payment method that matches the name registered on your account.
  • Depositing through a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
  • For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or any approved Bangladeshi bank may be used.
  • The deposit amount will be added to your account once confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
  • In cases of suspicious activity, gto9 may temporarily hold a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal funds will be returned by the same method used for the deposit, wherever possible.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Various bonus offers are available on gto9. Please read the specific terms applicable at the time of claiming a bonus carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

120% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bets must be placed within the set time limit to fulfil the wagering requirements.
  • The contribution of bets may vary by game category.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • gto9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can progress through four VIP tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

VIP tier is determined based on a player's activity and commitment. gto9 reserves the right to review the detailed terms of VIP tiers at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

gto9 believes in fair play. All members are expected to use the platform honestly and transparently.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus arbitrage)
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Exploiting any bug or flaw in the platform's software
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other members
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
  • Misconduct or harassment toward platform staff

Violations of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

  • Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.
  • Information is used only to provide necessary services and to prevent fraud.
  • All sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption.
  • Information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

gto9 is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not an alternative source of income.

10 Limitation of Liability

gto9 accepts no liability for damages in the following circumstances:

  • Damages caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or system outages
  • Damages resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of rules
  • Damages caused by the failure of third-party service providers
  • Situations arising from unforeseen events or force majeure (natural disasters, legal changes)

gto9 always strives to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service on the platform, but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first contact the gto9 customer support team. Our team is available 24/7 in Bengali via live chat and email ([email protected]).

  • After a complaint is submitted, gto9 will investigate within a reasonable time and notify the member.
  • In disputes regarding game results, gto9's server logs and game records will be considered the final evidence.
  • In payment-related disputes, the member must provide relevant transaction information.

12 Changes to Terms

gto9 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. After any change, the updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.

  • For significant changes, a notice will be provided on the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
